In Tokyo...

You can do a lot with paper...even make coffee

and i can continue to make chicken burgers (fresh roll from the bakery is the best touch)

food is often served raw

and it cooks in fron of you at your table.  This is chankonabe,  a stew eaten by sumo wrestlers to get nice and plump (im guessing in a pot three times this size...)

subway signs are awesome.

we have barely worked in studio.  our apartments have quickly become the favorable studio space.
